The rotary combined incinerator is widely used in the field of international industrial hazardous waste treatment. It is also the recommended incinerator type in the national industrial waste treatment technology policy issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the State Environmental Protection Administration. It can simultaneously or separately incinerate various hazardous wastes (medical waste) solids, liquids, semi-solids, colloids and various types of sludge, salt residues, chemical residues, etc.
In addition, the rotary combined incinerator independently developed by our company is based on traditional equipment and combines advanced incineration technology developed with years of experience. It has independently developed high-pressure tangential air supply technology, which has achieved good results in strengthening heat exchange and improving combustion efficiency, and overcomes the shortcomings of traditional rotary kilns that the air and waste are not fully contacted, resulting in poor combustion effects; the system strengthens heat exchange, makes the temperature field in the kiln uniform, and has the function of preventing condensation in the furnace, which is widely used in the field of centralized disposal of industrial hazardous waste.
Product Features:
1. This equipment has strong adaptability to incineration materials and can process chemical waste residues, kettle residues, activated carbon, catalysts, tar, sludge, general domestic waste, aviation waste, plastics and other organic polymer wastes generated by biopharmaceutical and petrochemical enterprises; it has a wide range of material form selection and can incinerate solid, semi-solid, liquid and gaseous wastes at the same time.
2. The material rolls forward, and three heat transfer modes coexist, with high incineration efficiency. The residence time of up to 1 hour and the combustion temperature of more than 850 ℃ and the complete combustion temperature of about 1100 ℃ in the second combustion chamber and sufficient residence time of flue gas (> 2 seconds); control the thermal burning rate and destruction rate of waste.
3. Good sealing measures and negative pressure in the furnace can ensure that harmful gases do not leak out.
4. The equipment has a high operating rate, and the annual operating rate can generally reach more than 90%, and it is easy to operate and maintain.
5. The addition of enhanced heat exchange and slagging prevention devices not only improves the incineration efficiency but also expands the adaptability of the incinerator to waste. The traditional secondary combustion chamber is transformed into a secondary combustion furnace, which improves the burnout rate and incineration efficiency of ash and slag, and has comprehensive functions such as room temperature slag discharge and slag crushing.
6. Advanced tail gas facilities ensure that environmental protection meets the latest national emission indicators and is close to the EU 2000/76/EC standard.
