The rotary kiln incineration device is an incineration treatment equipment widely used in the field of industrial solid waste treatment, especially for the centralized treatment of hazardous waste. It is also the recommended incinerator type in the national industrial waste treatment technology policy issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the State Environmental Protection Administration. It can simultaneously or separately incinerate various hazardous wastes (including medical waste) solids, liquids, semi-solids, colloids and various types of sludge, salt slag, chemical residues, etc.
Product Features:
1. This equipment has strong adaptability to incineration materials; a wide range of material form selection; solid waste, liquid, gas, etc. can be incinerated at the same time.
2. The material tumbles forward, three heat transfer modes coexist, and the incineration efficiency is high. Long residence time and combustion temperature of about 850℃ and combustion temperature of about 1100℃ in the second combustion chamber and sufficient residence time of flue gas; ensure the thermal burn-off rate and destruction rate of waste. Good sealing measures and negative pressure in the furnace ensure that harmful gases do not leak out.
3. High equipment operation rate and easy operation and maintenance.
4. Adding enhanced heat exchange and slagging prevention devices, while improving the incineration efficiency, expands the adaptability of the incinerator to waste. The traditional secondary combustion chamber is transformed into a secondary combustion furnace, which improves the burnout rate and incineration efficiency of ash and slag, and has comprehensive functions such as slag discharge at room temperature and slag crushing.
5. Advanced tail gas facilities ensure that tail gas emissions meet national emission targets.
