High Processing Capacity Waste Gas Incinerator Widely Used in Chemical And Other Industries

The waste gas of this project is the solid slag salt containing organic matter in the previous process, which is gasified by the roasting furnace and introduced into the combustion chamber. The combustion chamber adopts a square structure at the bottom and a circular structure at the top. Multiple waste gases are introduced into the lower part of the combustion chamber at the same time. The waste gas generated by the previous process is incinerated again at high temperature (1100℃) in the combustion chamber to ensure the removal efficiency of organic matter. The model is selected according to the use temperature ≥1100℃ and the flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. The high-temperature purified gas contains a large amount of heat that can be recycled. The high-temperature flue gas of this project uses a membrane wall waste heat boiler to recover heat energy.
