Product Information:
RTO incinerator is an energy-saving waste gas high-temperature oxidation incineration device. It uses the cyclic utilization of heat storage and heat release between the heat storage carrier and the waste gas to achieve the effect of energy absorption and utilization. The multi-stage circulation RTO and multi-box RTO manufactured by our company are widely used in chemical, pesticide, coating, pharmaceutical and other industries.Its principle is to heat the organic waste gas to above 800 degrees Celsius to oxidize and decompose the VOC in the waste gas into carbon dioxide and water. The high-temperature gas generated by oxidation flows through a special ceramic heat storage body, causing the ceramic body to heat up and "storage heat". This "heat storage" is used to preheat the subsequent organic waste gas, thereby saving fuel consumption for heating the waste gas.
Product Features:
1. The heat storage heat exchange device is adopted. The heat storage carrier and the gas exchange heat directly. The furnace radiation temperature and pressure are large, the heating speed is fast, and the low-temperature heat exchange effect is good, so the heat exchange efficiency is high;
2. The temperature in the heat storage chamber is evenly increased in stages, which strengthens the heat transfer in the furnace and has a good heat exchange effect;
3. Since the flame is not generated by the burner, but slowly burns in the high-temperature heat storage body in the furnace. There is no high-temperature peak surface and the combustion noise is low;
4. Different from the traditional combustion process, the staged combustion technology is adopted, the temperature rise in the furnace is uniform, and there is no local high-temperature oxidation zone that appears in the traditional combustion process, thereby greatly inhibiting the generation of NOx;
5. The system adopts PLC automatic control, with high automation and strong reliability;
6. According to the situation of the exhaust gas, the heat recovery device can be reasonably designed, and the high-temperature combustion chamber can be connected to the heat transfer oil or waste heat boiler; the low-temperature flue gas is used to heat the exhaust gas, etc.
