The advanced A/B pyrolysis gasification furnace is used to incinerate medical waste. The waste is pyrolyzed and gasified under the condition of lack of oxygen at a temperature of 250~500℃ in the furnace, and the organic waste is converted into combustible components such as CO and CH4. The pyrolysis gas enters the secondary combustion chamber and is completely decomposed under the high temperature of 1100℃. The slag produced is completely burned on the water-cooled grate at the bottom of the pyrolysis gasification furnace under the action of oxygen supplementation air, and the ash produced is sealed and discharged by the bottom slag discharge equipment.

1. Medical waste is pyrolyzed and gasified in the pyrolysis gasification furnace under oxygen-deficient conditions, which greatly reduces the amount of flue gas compared to oxygen-enriched incineration, with low fuel consumption during operation, low operating costs, and low one-time investment;

3. Oxygen-supplementing air is set at the bottom of the pyrolysis gasification furnace. The ash thermal reduction rate is much lower than 5%, and the organic matter removal rate is higher than 99.9%, which greatly reduces the subsequent slag treatment cost;

4. This furnace type can handle various wastes with different components such as medical waste and domestic waste, and can ensure stable operation;

5. The pyrolysis furnace body adopts two furnace bodies A/B, which can realize 24-hour alternating continuous operation.
