Waste liquid incinerator is a kind of equipment specially used for incinerating liquid waste, mainly used for treating organic hazardous waste liquid. These waste liquids are oxidized into carbon dioxide and water through a controllable high-temperature chemical reaction process in the combustion chamber of the incinerator, thereby achieving environmentally friendly emission standards. The working principle is to atomize the liquid waste to be incinerated into fine droplets through a nozzle, and then burn it in a suspended state in the high-temperature flame area. Use a swirl or direct current burner to ensure that the waste liquid droplets are well mixed with the combustion air, increase the residence time, and make the waste liquid fully burn in the high-temperature area. The general combustion chamber residence time is 0.3 to 2.0 seconds, and the maximum temperature can reach 1650℃.
