Rotary concentrator technology
Baimaoyuan
Product Information:
Adsorption separation method is used to separate and concentrate VOCS in low-concentration, high-volume industrial waste gas, and combustion method is used to decompose and purify the concentrated high-concentration, low-volume polluted air. It is generally called adsorption separation concentration + combustion decomposition purification method.
The adsorption rotor with honeycomb structure is installed in a shell divided into three zones: adsorption, regeneration, and cooling. It rotates slowly at a speed of 3 to 8 revolutions per hour driven by a speed regulating motor. The three zones of adsorption, regeneration, and cooling are connected to the treated air, regeneration air, and cooling air ducts respectively. In addition, in order to prevent cross-winding between the zones and air leakage between the circumference of the adsorption rotor and the shell, high-temperature and solvent-resistant fluororubber sealing materials are installed between the partition plates of each zone and the adsorption rotor, and between the circumference of the adsorption rotor and the shell. The polluted air containing VOCS is sent to the adsorption zone of the adsorption rotor by the blower. When the polluted air passes through the honeycomb channel of the rotor, the VOCS components contained in it are adsorbed by the adsorbent, and the air is purified. As the adsorption wheel rotates, the adsorption wheel close to the adsorption saturation state enters the regeneration zone. In the process of contacting with the high-temperature regeneration air, VOCS is desorbed and enters the regeneration air, and the adsorption wheel is regenerated. After the regenerated adsorption wheel is cooled in the cooling zone, it returns to the adsorption zone to complete the adsorption/desorption/cooling cycle. Since the air volume of the regeneration air in this process is generally only 1/10 of the treatment air volume, the VOCS concentration in the outlet air of the regeneration process is concentrated to 10 times the treatment air concentration. Therefore, this process is also called the VOCS concentration and removal process.
Suitable for continuous operation occasions, the rotating adsorption wheel structure has a stable speed, consistent adsorption and desorption wind speed, and is carried out continuously at the same time. There is no bias flow phenomenon, the desorption concentration is stable, and the purification efficiency is high.
