Sludge drying and incineration technology
Baimaoyuan
Product Information:
Sludge is mostly organic and inorganic matter precipitated from urban domestic sewage and industrial chemical sewage plants. Since it contains odorous gas pathogens, organic substances and heavy metals, traditional composting and sanitary landfill technologies can no longer meet today's sludge disposal requirements. . The incineration method has become one of the main directions for current sludge disposal due to its significant advantages such as fast speed, small footprint, short storage time, environmental protection standards and no secondary pollution. Due to the high moisture content of sludge, the heat energy required for incineration is high. It is uneconomical to directly incinerate the general sludge with a moisture content of 75~85%. Ultra-high pressure deep dehydration is first used to reduce the moisture content to 50~55%, and then The waste heat of the steam/incineration flue gas produced by the system is used to dry and dehydrate the sludge. The moisture content of the sludge is reduced to 20~25% and then enters the incinerator for incineration, which can greatly reduce fuel consumption during operation.
Product Features:
1. The sludge with a moisture content of 80% is filtered by an ultra-high pressure laminated filter press to reduce the moisture content to 50~55%, reducing the volume of subsequent processing equipment;
2. The sludge after filtration is crushed by a crusher and sent to the sludge drying kiln. The steam generated by the waste heat boiler is used as a heat source to reduce the moisture content of the sludge to 20~25%;
3. The VOCS-containing waste gas generated by the evaporation of water in the sludge is condensed by the condenser to separate the water, and the non-condensable components are sent to the secondary combustion chamber for incineration without secondary pollution, and the fuel consumption in the sludge treatment process is greatly reduced;
4. After drying The sludge is pyrolyzed and incinerated at a high temperature of 850℃ in the sludge incineration kiln. The sludge incineration kiln adopts a countercurrent kiln, which greatly reduces the oxygen supplement coefficient and improves the incineration efficiency of the sludge. The thermal reduction rate of the residue after incineration is less than 5%, which meets the environmental protection requirements;
5. The exhaust gas generated by the incineration and the condensed exhaust gas of the drying kiln are sent to the secondary combustion chamber for secondary incineration. They stay at a high temperature of more than 1100℃ for more than 2s, and the harmful components are completely decomposed;
6. The high-temperature flue gas generated after incineration is used for waste heat recovery, and the saturated steam generated can be used for the drying kiln, and the remaining steam can be used for heating or other purposes.
